(1)

Unless stated otherwise, any reference in this article to a numbered regulation or Schedule is a reference to the regulation of, or the Schedule to, the Income Support Regulations bearing that number.

(a)

(b)

the sum specified is in each case £3,000 (which remains unchanged).
