Amendment of Schedule 1

23.  In Schedule 1 (general interpretation provisions), in paragraph 1(1) (interpretation), in the appropriate place insert—

““Early Access to Medicines Scheme” has the meaning given in regulation 8(1) of the Human Medicines Regulations;”.
