2. The area that ceases to be part of the parish of Crostwick and becomes part of the parish of Spixworth by virtue of the Broadland District Council (Reorganisation of Community Governance Crostwick/Spixworth) Order 2013(1) ceases to be part of the Coltishall district ward and becomes part of the Spixworth with St Faiths district ward.
That Order was made on 8th March 2013 under powers including section 86 of the 2007 Act; such Orders are not required to be made by statutory instrument. A hard copy of that Order is available for inspection at reasonable times at the offices of Broadland District Council, Thorpe Lodge, 1 Yarmouth Road, Norwich NR7 0DU.
