Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(2)

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 68(1) and (10)(a) and 74(8)(a) of the Immigration Act 20141 (“the 2014 Act”) and sections 86(1) and (3) and 93(6)(a) of the Immigration Act 20162 (“the 2016 Act”). These Regulations are made further to provision in the Immigration and Nationality (Fees) Order 20163.

In accordance with section 69(1) of the 2014 Act and section 87(1) of the 2016 Act, these Regulations are made with the consent of the Treasury.
