Alteration of a district ward boundary
2. The area that ceases to be part of the parish of Skirpenbeck and becomes part of the parish of Stamford Bridge by virtue of the East Riding of Yorkshire (Reorganisation of Community Governance) Order 2021(1) ceases to be part of the Wolds Weighton district ward and becomes part of the Pocklington Provincial district ward.

That Order was made on 27th October 2021 under powers including section 86 of the 2007 Act; such Orders are not required to be made by statutory instrument. A hard copy of that Order is available for inspection at reasonable times at the offices of East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Register Square, Beverley HU17 9BA.
