Consumer Credit Act 1974

9.—(1) The Consumer Credit Act 1974(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In the following provisions for “a retained EU” substitute “an assimilated”—

(a) section 98A(5)(a)(2);

(b) section 157(2A)(b)(3).
