SCHEDULE Amendments of primary legislation

Local Government Act 1974

4.—(1) The Local Government Act 1974(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In section 32(2)(b), after “1939” insert “or sections 1 to 4 or 18 of the National Security Act 2023”.

(3) In section 34K(1)(d)(2), after “1989” insert “or sections 1 to 4 or 18 of the National Security Act 2023”.
