2. In section 6(3) of the Atomic Energy Authority Act 1954(1)—
(a)for the words before paragraph (a), substitute “Where any place belonging to or used for the purposes of the Authority is a prohibited place within the meaning of Part 1 of the National Security Act 2023, no person other than—”;
(b)in the words after paragraph (c), for the words from “any place” to “aforesaid” substitute “that place”.
