The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers in section 4(10) and (11) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999(1).
1999 c. 33. Subsections (10) and (11) were inserted by section 43(7) of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 (c. 13).
