23.—(1) The Annex to the New Firefighters’ Pension Scheme Order (Northern Ireland) 2007(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In Part 9, article 54(3)(b), after “1989” insert “, or under section 18 of, or listed in section 33(3)(a) of, the National Security Act 2023,”.
(3) In Part 15, in each of articles 100(8)(a) and 101(3)(a), for “offences under the Official Secrets Acts 1911 to 1989” substitute “other national security offences”.
