These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Restrictions on Employment etc.) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2023.

These Regulations come into force on 2nd February 2023.

Subject to paragraph (4), these Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The amendments made by regulation 5(2)(b) and (c) have the same extent as the provisions they amend.
