In regulation 31, in paragraph (a)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (ii), for “the Scheme”, substitute “Parts 4 to 6,”;

(b)

for sub-paragraph (iii) substitute—

“(iii)

the information provided under regulation 29(a) to (ac) is correct, and”.
