1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Parliamentary Elections and Recall Petition (Welsh Forms) (Amendment) Order 2023.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), this Order comes into force on 31st October 2023.
(3) The following come into force on 31st January 2024—
(a)in article 2, paragraph (3) and, so far as it substitutes form 5 and form 7, paragraph (4);
(b)article 3, so far as it substitutes form D and form F;
(c)in Schedule 1, paragraphs 2(1), 3(1) and 6(1).
(4) This Order extends to England and Wales.
(5) The transitional and savings provisions in Schedule 1 have effect.
