1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Armed Forces Act 2006 (Continuation) Order 2023.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands(1) and the British overseas territories (except Gibraltar).
Section 378(1) of, and paragraph 149 of Schedule 16 to, the Armed Forces Act 2006 were extended to the Channel Islands by S.I. 2009/3215 and S.I. 2010/765.
