Commencement of provisions of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009

The following provisions of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 come into force on 1st October 2023—
(a)
section 19 (medical examiners: supplementary)

(b)
section 20 (medical certificate of cause of death)
