2. Instead of expiring in accordance with section 16(1) of the Sovereign Grant Act 2011, the Sovereign Grant provisions(1) expire 6 months after the end of the present reign.
The term “Sovereign Grant provisions” is defined in section 16(2) of the Sovereign Grant Act 2011. Those provisions are sections 1 to 9, 11 and 12 of that Act.
