The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 105B, 105D and 402(3) of the Communications Act 2003(1).
2003 c. 21. Section 105B was inserted by S.I. 2011/1210 and substituted by section 1 of the Telecommunications (Security) Act 2021 (c. 31); section 105D was inserted by section 2 of that Act.
