This Order confers powers on Network Rail Infrastructure Limited (Network Rail) to acquire compulsorily land and extinguish rights in land required in connection with improvement works to Oxford Station authorised by a prior approval pursuant to Part 18 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 from Oxford City Council in the County of Oxfordshire. The Order also confers powers of temporary use of land in connection with that development.
A copy of the deposited plans and the book of reference referred to in this Order may be inspected, on request, at the offices of Network Rail Infrastructure Limited at Network Rail National Records Centre, Unit 5, Audax Road, Clifton Moor, York, YO30 4US.
