These Regulations may be cited as the Air Traffic Management and Unmanned Aircraft Act 2021 (Airspace Change Directions) (Determination of Turnover for Penalties) Regulations 2022.

These Regulations come into force on the 22nd day after the day on which they are made.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

In these Regulations “the Act” means the Air Traffic Management and Unmanned Aircraft Act 2021.
