PART 3 U.K. Amendment of the Pharmacy Order 2010 and the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976

Standards of conduct, ethics and performance E+W+S

10.—(1) In article 48 of the Pharmacy Order 2010(1) (standards of conduct and performance)—

(a) in paragraph (1A), before sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(za) chief pharmacists for the purposes of section 67F of the Medicines Act 1968(2),”; and

(b) in paragraph (1B), after “responsibilities of” insert “chief pharmacists,”.

(2) In paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 to the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976(3) (standards of conduct and performance)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (1A), before paragraph (a) insert—

“(za) chief pharmacists for the purposes of section 67F of the Medicines Act 1968,”; and

(b) in sub-paragraph (1B), after “responsibilities of” insert “chief pharmacists,”.
