Citation, commencement and extent1

These Regulations may be cited as the Train Driving Licences and Certificates (Amendment) Regulations 2022.

These Regulations come into force at 11.00 p.m. on 31st January 2022, or, if they are made on or after 31st January 2022, on the day after the day on which they are made.

These Regulations do not extend to Northern Ireland.
