There are currently no known outstanding effects for The Pharmacy (Responsible Pharmacists, Superintendent Pharmacists etc.) Order 2022, Section 10.
10. In Article 9 of the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976(1) (the registrar), after paragraph (5) insert the following paragraphs—
“(6) The Department may appoint a fit and proper person as a deputy registrar for the purposes of this Order.
(7) The registrar may authorise the deputy registrar to act for the registrar in any matter.”.
