Amendment of Commission Decision 2007/453/EC

9.—(1) Commission Decision 2007/453/EC establishing the BSE status of Member States or third countries or regions thereof according to their BSE risk(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In Article 1 (BSE status of countries or regions)—

(a) omit paragraph 1;

(b) in paragraph 2, for “However, the” substitute “The”.

(3) Omit the Annex (list of countries or regions).
