2. In regulation 5 of the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 (Commencement No.1 and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2022(1) (provisions coming into force on 28th June 2022)—
(a)in paragraph (i) for “73(1) to (6)” substitute “73(1) to (4)”;
(b)in paragraph (j) for “73(7)” substitute “73(5)”;
(c)in paragraph (q) after “section 152” insert “and Schedule 13”.
