The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 15 and 17(3) of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000(1).
2000 c. 12. Section 17 has been amended but the amendments are not relevant for the purposes of these Regulations.
