The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(3), 9(2), 11(1)(b) and (6), 21, 23, and 41 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012(1).
A draft of this Order was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 41(6) of that Act and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
