The Postal Services Act 201171 is amended as follows.

In section 6172 (duties in relation to social and environmental matters)—

in subsection (3)(ba), for “Citizens Advice Scotland” substitute “Consumer Scotland”, and

b

in subsection (3A), for “Citizens Advice Scotland” substitute “Consumer Scotland”.
