These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational Pension Schemes (Collective Money Purchase Schemes) (Modifications and Consequential and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2022.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.

These Regulations come into force on 1st August 2022.
