The Secretary of State has decided it is necessary in the public interest to restrict flying at Farnborough Airport by aircraft of the type specified in regulation 2(1).
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by article 239 of the Air Navigation Order 20161, makes the following Regulations:
