Detention of ships

7.  In regulation 57D (detention of ships)—

(a) in paragraph (3), after sub-paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba) a ship registered in Russia,”; and

(b) in paragraph (6), for “Paragraph (5)” substitute “Paragraph (7)”.
