Amendment of regulation 23

In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “business rates baseline”—

a

at the end of sub-paragraph (b) omit “and”;

b

after sub-paragraph (c) insert—

and

d

for a year commencing on or after 1st April 2021, the amount specified with respect to an authority by regulation 5 and Schedule 6;
