This Order may be cited as the Social Security (Disability Assistance for Working Age People) (Consequential Amendments) Order 2022.

The Disability Assistance for Working Age People (Scotland) Regulations 2022 (S.S.I. 2022/54) introduce arrangements for the payment of disability assistance for working-age adults in the form of the adult disability payment. The adult disability payment replaces the personal independence payment for adults in Scotland.
This instrument makes consequential amendments to social security legislation in England and Wales and Northern Ireland governing entitlement to certain benefits.
A full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sectors is foreseen.
