Citation and commencement1

These Regulations may be cited as the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) (Coronavirus) (No. 2) Regulations 2022.

Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

Regulation 4 comes into force at the end of the period of 12 weeks beginning with the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
