The Minister for the Cabinet Office makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 39(1), (2), (3) and (4) and 161(2) of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015(1).
In accordance with section 39(6) of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015, the Minister for the Cabinet Office has undertaken such consultation as the Minister considers appropriate.
2015 c. 26. Section 39 was amended by paragraph 108 of Schedule 6 to the Wales Act 2017. See also the elaboration of “the exercise of functions relating to procurement” in section 39(2) and the definition of “contracting authority” in sections 39(3) and (4).
