Amendment of regulation 144 (forms) U.K.

91.  In regulation 144 (forms)—

(a) in paragraph (2)(b), for “or Part 2 of that Schedule” substitute “of that Schedule or in an order made under section 26(2) of the Welsh Language Act 1993(1) as applied by section 21(5) of the Act”;

(b) after paragraph (2) insert—

“(2A) Paragraph (2)(c) does not apply to a reference to form G1.”.
