The property, rights and liabilities of the Sponsor Body are hereby transferred to the Corporate Officers (to be held jointly).

Paragraph (1) includes rights and liabilities under contracts of employment; and the provisions of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 20062 shall be treated as if they applied to the transfer under paragraph (1).
