14. In Schedule 2 to the Police and Crime Commissioner Elections (Welsh Forms) Order 2021 (Welsh versions of prescribed forms)(1), for form 18 (declaration to be made by companion of a voter with disabilities), substitute the corresponding form in Schedule 8 to these Regulations.
