His Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 5 of the Channel Islands Measure 2020(1) and in exercise of His prerogatives as Sovereign in right of the Bailiwick of Guernsey and all other powers enabling His Majesty in that behalf, is pleased by and with the advice of His Privy Council to order as follows:
