20. In Schedule 2 to the Adoption and Children Act 2002(1) (disclosure of birth records by Registrar General), in paragraph 2—
(a)in sub-paragraph (1)(d), for “Board” substitute “Health and Social Care trust established under Article 10 of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 (S.I. 1991/194 (N.I.))”;
(b)omit sub-paragraph (3).
