This Order may be cited as the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) Order 2022.

This Order comes into force on 1st March 2022.

This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
Establishment of safety zone2
A safety zone is established around the installation specified in column 1 of the table in the Schedule (being an installation stationed in waters to which subsection (7) of section 21 of the Petroleum Act 1987 applies) having a radius of five hundred meters, as respects that installation, from the point which has the co-ordinates of latitude and longitude according to the World Geodetic System 19843 specified in columns 2 and 3 of the table in the Schedule.
Amendment of the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No.2) Order 20193

The Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 2) Order 20194 is amended as follows.

In Part 2 of the Schedule to the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 2) Order 2019, omit the entry relating to “Well (P41) (SM7C), Block 9/18b, Ballindalloch Field.”
