Coming into force

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 27B(1), (2)(c), (3) and (5) and 209(1) of the Employment Rights Act 19961.

A draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 236(3) of the Employment Rights Act 19962 and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
