No trade secrets, know how, commercially-sensitive information, intellectual property or any other information of a confidential or proprietary nature relating to the Perpetuus business may be disclosed or transferred, directly or indirectly and whether from inside or outside the United Kingdom, by any member of the Perpetuus group (or any of its employees, directors agents or affiliates) to any other person.
