Amendment of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 19883.
(1)
Section 20(2) (speeding offences etc: admissibility of certain evidence)7 of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 is amended as follows—
(2)
in paragraph (bb), for “1A(2), 2(1), 3(2) or 3(4)”, substitute “2(1) or 3(2)”; and
(3)
in paragraph (bc), omit “3(A1), ”.
