The amendments made by section 114 of the Act do not apply so far as they relate to information provided to a trustee or manager of a scheme under the circumstances mentioned at section 80B(3)(a) or (b) of the 2004 Act13 (financial penalty for providing false or misleading information to trustees or managers) before 1st October 2021.
