Citation, interpretation and extent1.
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Pension Schemes Act 2021 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Regulations 2021.

In these Regulations—
“the Act” means the Pension Schemes Act 2021;
“the 2004 Act” means the Pensions Act 20042;
“the Regulator” means the Pensions Regulator.

Subject to paragraph (4), these Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.
(4)
An amendment or repeal brought into force by regulation 2 has the same extent as the provision to which it relates.
