The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 92(1), 93(6) and 94(1) of, and paragraphs 13(1), (3) and (6) of Schedule 10 to, the Immigration Act 2016(1), makes the following Regulations:

2016 c. 19; amendments have been made to section 93(6) but they are not relevant to these Regulations.
