This Order may be cited as the St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha Constitution (Amendment) Order 2021.

This Order shall be published in the Gazette.

This Order shall take effect on the day appointed by the Governor, acting in his or her discretion, by proclamation published in the Gazette.

In this Order, “the principal Order” means the St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha Constitution Order 20093, and this order shall be construed as one with the principal Order.
