Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 19(1) of the Education Act 20051 is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:

Citation and commencement1.

This Order may be cited as the Education (Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales) (No. 2) Order 2021 and comes into force on 1st January 2022.
