The Minister of State in the Cabinet Office makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the European Union (Future Relationship) Act 20201.

In accordance with paragraph 6(1) of Schedule 5 to that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
