In Schedule 13 (Penalties), Part 2, Chapter 1—

(a)

after the entry for article 94A(1), insert—

“94BA(2)

Permission for unmanned aircraft flights over or near space sites”;

(b)

after the entry for article 225, insert—

“225A(1), (3) and (6)

Notifications relating to en-route obstacles”.
